Time for Payment: All invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date. A 1% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances.The grant of any license or right of copyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment.
Default in Payment: The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.
Purchase Orders
If a Purchase Order is required, it must be in possession of Randy Marques Consultancy 5 working days before the agreed commencement of any service.Not complying to the above will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted fee.

Course Cancellation Policy
We will require the definitive number of participants at least 10 working days before the course start date.We will require the exact names of the participants at least 5 working days before the course start date to be able to prepare the certificates.
Open Course Cancellation policy
To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, we limit the number of attendees per class to 20. Substitutions may be made at any time - please advise in advance. Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to ten business days before the scheduled class start date.Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrolment less than ten business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrolment will be billed for 30% of the full tuition fee (list price).
Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrolment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrolment will be billed for 100% of the full tuition fee (list price).
Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100% of the full tuition fee (list price).
At least 8 people must participate
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled open training class upon ten business days' notice to confirmed registrants. Registrants may then enrol in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration.The client understands and agrees that Randy Marques Consultancy shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the client may suffer in the event that Randy Marques Consultancy cancels or re-schedules a class.
Client-site training cancellation policy
